Job summary

Sephora in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store efficiency and an exceptional client experience. You’ll lead the operations team, oversee inventory, merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

You’ll raise brand presentation, support client service, and ensure safety and standards while promoting inclusivity. The role requires at least two years of leadership in retail or hospitality and a hands-on approach to training and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact: oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
• Drive brand presentation: lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store maintenance
• Support client experience: partner with team to deliver exceptional service and meet store goals
• Coach and develop: train team members on processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork: promote a culture of openness and empowerment
• Uphold Sephora standards: follow policies and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
