Job summary

Sephora in Honolulu is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store operations, oversee inventory, merchandising, and coach the team to deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, manage stock and promotional activities, and contribute to a high-performance, inclusive culture.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail/hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to motivate teams while maintaining Sephora standards and a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
• Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
