Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining standards.
• Lead visual merchandising and store presentation to support sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional client service and meet store goals.
