Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs; drive inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty and partner with District/Regional teams.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
