Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Riverside, CA to lead store operations and customer service teams. You’ll coach Cashiers and Supervisors, drive policy compliance, asset protection, and sales while modeling Burlington’s core values.

You’ll partner with Store Manager on staffing, training, and succession planning, while maintaining smooth receiving and inventory accuracy. The role demands flexibility, lifting up to 40 lbs, and a proactive, results-driven leadership style.

Formación

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience at off-price/big-box retailers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet policies and protect assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth register flow.
• Oversee store operations and receiving SOPs.
• Manage receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing and training.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
