Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in California to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and drive store operations with a strong focus on policy compliance and assets protection.

You will mentor supervisors, coordinate receiving processes, and support the Store Manager with staffing, training, and store initiatives while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a large multi-unit organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and accurate register procedures.
• Oversee overall store operations and receiving SOPs, including inventory accuracy and asset protection.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to set leadership example for customers and staff, driving results.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning; collaborate with District/Regional teams.
