Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a Store Lead to direct daily operations, manage associate work plans, and uphold policies. You will ensure coverage at POS and donations, monitor production quality, and act as a service experience leader.

This role emphasizes safety, customer service, and accountability, with occasional evenings or weekend shifts. You will partner with leadership to implement procedures, resolve concerns, and engage with the community while supporting

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or production environments preferred.
• Forklift certification if required at site.
• Flexible scheduling; nights and weekends may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs a variety of tasks including associate break schedules, production processes, and end-of-day recovery.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor and assist with production quality and meet production goals.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and ensure safety practices.
