Job summary

Goodwill Greater Milwaukee & Chicago is seeking a dedicated store operations professional to oversee daily tasks, scheduling, and donation coverage. You will manage POS staffing, monitor quality, and act as a service experience leader while upholding safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification may be required at site.
• Experience in retail or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work varied schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Directs store tasks including associate break schedules and routine operations.
• Oversee adequate coverage at POS and in donations areas.
• Monitor production quality standards and support team goals.
• Function as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain safe, orderly work environments and safe equipment operation.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and first-level customer concerns promptly.
• Plan and manage own work to adapt to change; follow through on learning.
• Provide community engagement and represent Goodwill in outreach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
