Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs tasks including associate break schedules and end-of-day recovery.
• Ensure adequate coverage at POS and in donations.
• Monitor production quality and coach team to meet goals.
• Serve as a service experience leader (SEL).
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment and enforce safety practices.
• Communicate and implement policies; report concerns to leadership.
• Resolve employee and first-level customer concerns promptly.
• Address safety and security concerns quickly and effectively.
• Plan and manage own work to complete routine responsibilities.
• Apply basics of customer service and procedural tasks.
• Engage with the community as an ambassador for Goodwill.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
