Rivian is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Associate Retail Manager for our Nashville location. You will lead the local field team, drive revenue targets, customer experience, and daily operations in a high-performance retail environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields highly preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or other recognized credential required.
• 1+ years experience in leadership preferred, with proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays; up to 25% travel.
