Rivian is seeking a dynamic Retail and Delivery Manager to scale our Pennsylvania operations. You will own the full customer journey—from engagement to vehicle delivery—overseeing sales execution, logistics, and last-mile delivery at your location.

Lead a high-impact team, drive performance, and ensure every interaction reflects Rivian’s brand values. The role requires 5+ years in field sales with leadership, a customer-first mindset, and ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• Retail or direct-to-consumer experience is preferred.
• Experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and flexible schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a multi-unit retail and delivery operation and drive sales targets.
• Own customer journey from engagement to vehicle delivery.
• Manage KPIs and align with corporate objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on activations and community presence.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
