Rivian is seeking a dynamic Sales and Delivery Manager in New York to drive performance and lead a high-impact team across sales and delivery operations. You will own the customer journey from engagement to vehicle handoff, optimize staffing, and work with cross-functional partners to deliver activations and improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in field sales with leadership experience, a strong P&L understanding, and the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field sales experience with 2+ years in field leadership, preferably multi-unit.
• Retail or direct-to-consumer sales experience a plus; strong P&L familiarity.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and work flexible hours, including nights/weekends.
• Experience with CRM, POS, and data-driven performance management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and scale field sales and delivery operations across locations to meet revenue and customer targets.
• Own KPI tracking, staffing optimization, and compliance with regulations and company policy.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and collaborate cross-functionally on activations and events.
• Oversee vehicle delivery processes, logistics, documentation, and revenue safeguard measures.
