Rivian Automotive is seeking a dynamic Associate Retail Manager to lead daily operations and customer experiences at our Nashville-area location(s). You will drive revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and coach a high-performing local team, while aligning with Rivian’s culture and standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners on activations, events, and strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic, product education, lead generation, and conversion.

Formación

• Minimum 4+ years in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar; premium brands preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations and drive customer experience at assigned locations.
• Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring targets are met daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly.
• Coach local field team to uphold Rivian culture and high performance.
• Communicate goals clearly and connect them to site/site and org-wide targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on activations and events to boost brand awareness and conversions.
• Oversee SOPs to ensure consistent customer and employee experience.
