Job summary

Rivian Automotive seeks a dynamic Associate Retail Manager to lead daily operations, customer experience, and team performance at assigned California locations. This role emphasizes a customer-first approach, KPI-driven performance, and seamless execution of Rivian's culture and core values.

The position requires 4+ years in Sales/Retail, leadership experience, and flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays with up to 25% travel. Strong English, CRM, POS, and HR experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Sales, Retail, Hospitality or similar fields.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule with nights/weekends/holidays; up to 25% travel.
• Extensive experience with P&L, POS and CRM software.
• HR experience including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, performance management preferred.
• Comfortable operating large, high performance vehicles and demo drives.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean record; ability to obtain in first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate team performance.

• Monitor local market trends and report findings to inform business.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to meet goals and implement improvements.
