ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Dedham, MA to elevate the guest experience and drive engagement on the sales floor. You will educate guests, develop client relationships, and lead selling initiatives while guiding Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.

The role requires mobility around the store, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and performance. Competitive benefits and a supportive team culture are offered.

Formación

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities and decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to move around store and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor and coach team members to close gaps.
• Build ongoing client relationships and educate customers daily.
• Analyze reports to inform strategy and drive growth opportunities.
• Ensure adequate sales-floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Recruit and develop store talent; provide performance feedback to staff.
