Job summary

Alo is seeking an Operations Lead in Corte Madera, CA to drive store profitability and efficiency. You will lead inventory processes, ensure accurate stock levels, and maintain visual standards while guiding a team for a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with energy to achieve results and excel in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management processes to maximise inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General Manager to improve processes.
• Manage execution of shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, shelf replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment and efficient operation through stockroom standards and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology and facilities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team and guest needs.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily operations and guest experience.
• Oversee the Operations Associates; recruit and develop talent; provide feedback to drive growth.
