ALO in Burlingame, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to drive store profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipments, replenishment, floor set updates, and visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in client-centric, sales or operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Root cause inventory issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors to optimize operations.
• Foster a safe, efficient work environment with strong stockroom processes.
• Move dynamically on the sales floor to meet business needs and guest service.
• Assist in company-level operational directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment excellence.
• Leverage metrics to support business-driving strategies and customer satisfaction.
