Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and deliver outstanding fan experiences across daily operations and game-day support. You will work with leadership to meet targets, supervise Retail Associates, and ensure stockroom and front-of-house excellence.

The role requires 18+ years, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events, and strong teamwork and communication. Expect training, coaching, and manager-on-duty duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent daily operations.
• Support stockroom organization and back-of-house operations.
• Train and coach Retail Associates for an exemplary fan experience.
• Collaborate with Leadership to meet revenue targets and unit per time goals.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and fan experiences.
• Build strong partnerships across the organization to deliver results.
