Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and fan satisfaction through daily operational excellence. The role covers pre-game, in-game, and post-game support, collaborating with leadership to meet revenue targets and optimize unit per time.

You will train staff, oversee stock room, and ensure a premier fan experience in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, strong communication and reliability, and the ability to work a varied schedule

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consistent daily operations.
• Support back-of-house operations; keep stockroom organized.
• Coordinate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Provide training and guidance to Retail Associates as needed.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as required.
