Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive fan-focused sales through daily operations and bold leadership at our retail locations. You will leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled insights while coordinating pre-game, in-game, and post-game support to ensure a premier fan experience.

In this role, you will train and coach Retail Associates, collaborate with leadership on targets, and maintain stockroom organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Perform 'Manager on Duty' responsibilities as needed.
