Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and fan experiences through bold leadership and execution excellence. The role may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game operational support on home game shifts.

You will manage daily operations, support stockroom organization, and train Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience while partnering with leadership on revenue targets and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have retail, customer service, or hospitality experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to drive sales and fan experience.
• Train and coach Retail Associates; manage performance and consistency.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue targets, per cap and UPT, and ensure operational excellence.
