Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and customer satisfaction across game-day operations and day-to-day store activities. You will coordinate back-of-house tasks, manage stockroom organization, and ensure seamless use of OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN systems.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. The role requires 18+ years old, flexible evenings/weekends, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand positively.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate and support retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Collaborate with Leadership to meet revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Work with Retail Associates to deliver an exemplary fan experience.
• Provide training and assistance to Retail Associates as required.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
