Fanatics is seeking a Retail Lead to drive sales and deliver an exceptional fan experience across our operations. This role involves leading daily retail activities, coaching associates, and ensuring smooth back-of-house processes while upholding Fanatics standards.

Ideal candidates will bring retail or hospitality experience, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and game days. A high school diploma is preferred; strong communication and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move; lift up to 25 pounds.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Fanatics brand.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Familiar with retail systems (OpSuite5.0, POS, CAYAN).
• Partner with Leadership on revenue targets, per cap, and UPT.
• Collaborate with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience.
