Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency across store operations. You will lead inventory management, visual standards, and cross-functional collaboration while coaching a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires leadership, client-centered sales experience, and a proactive mindset to improve processes and performance within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with good decision making.
• Receives and gives feedback openly.
• Energetic, upbeat, and able to blend fun with work.
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve team results.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to fix gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe work environment through stockroom standards.
• Collaborate on reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendor relations.
• Use metrics to drive business strategies.
• Move on the floor to assist team and guests.
• Direct supervision, recruitment and development of Operations Associates.
• Provide ongoing feedback for growth.
