Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team in Pennsylvania. The role focuses on profitability and efficiency, directing daily operations on the sales floor and back of house while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

The candidate will manage inventory processes, lead a team, and collaborate with store leaders to drive performance, guest experiences, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Receives and gives feedback constructively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligned with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in store areas
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to climb, bend and stand for long shifts

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor
• Maintain safe, efficient stockroom operations
