Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to partner with store leadership to drive profitability and efficiency. The role requires constant movement on the sales floor and in back of house, with responsibilities across inventory, shipments, replenishment, and visual standards.

You will lead Operations Associates, recruit and develop talent, and collaborate with Visual and Service leads to execute directives. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management with focus on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner to close process gaps.
• Manage shipments, receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor set updates and supplies.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Maintain safe stockroom standards and efficient operations.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs.
