Burlington Coat Factory Whse. Corp. is hiring an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, drive customer service excellence and coach a team of cashiers and supervisors.

You will oversee receiving, inventory accuracy and SOP execution while supporting staffing, training and succession planning in a fast-paced, off-price environment. You will act as MOD, set a leadership example for staff and customers, and ensure compliance with company policies to deliver strong business results.

Competenze

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in off-price/big-box retail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs; travel may be required.

Mansioni

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and safe cash handling.
• Oversee receiving/SOPs, inventory accuracy and the transfer/damage/chargeback process.
• Act as MOD, setting a leadership example for customers and staff to drive results.
• Support staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Communicate with District and Regional management teams.
