Job summary

Burlington Coat Factory Whse. Corp. is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations and coach a team of Cashiers and Customer Service Supervisors. You will oversee receiving, prevent shrink, and drive customer service excellence while modeling company values and driving results.

The role requires you to manage staffing, interviewing and training, while coordinating with district and regional management to ensure smooth store performance and service quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a retail organization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs and operate retail equipment.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams and ensure compliance with policies.
• Oversee receiving, asset protection, and inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support staffing, training and succession planning.
