SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations in Bloomington, MN to partner with the Store Leader and drive operational excellence across all departments. You will oversee back-of-house, inventory, replenishment, and loss-prevention, while coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Lead back-of-house activities: shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability with real-time issue resolution.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory accuracy with an Operational Excellence mindset.
• Coach the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention while directing high‑pressure moments.
• Provide floor leadership during peak hours and model customer-obsessed behavior.
