Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates under the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance.
• Coach and mentor staff; manage training and retention.
• Oversee inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Promote membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and Miniso handbook policies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
