SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to drive store operations, sales, and customer service. You will oversee daily store activities, manage inventory, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with the brand.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and oversee daily operations, including inventory and scheduling.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and delivering exceptional service.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with team motivation.
• Physical ability to stand, move around store, and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Maintain clean, organized stockroom and manage shipments.
• Ensure proper inventory levels, replenishment, and size integrity on the floor.
• Manage damages, returns, and product issues to protect inventory accuracy.
• Train associates on operational standards and brand compliance.
• Communicate and train on visual merchandising and signage updates.
• Maintain store safety, security, and company policies.
• Oversee procurement of supplies and manage budgets.
• Update product displays and signage for new arrivals and promotions.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Collaborate to create a visually captivating store environment.
