SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader in running daily operations and achieving business results with exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes operational excellence, team coaching, and leadership presence in a fast-paced store environment.

You will oversee back-of-house tasks, inventory accuracy, replenishment, and visual standards while supporting store initiatives and growth within SKIMS.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Responsabilités

• Support daily business operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and data-driven stock optimization.
• Train the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours and model customer‑obsessed service behaviors.
