Responsibilities

Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
Manages setup and maintenance of displays, ensuring accurate signage and promotions per resets and seasonal updates.
Oversees opening/closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms.
Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for store operations and staff management.
Supervises daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
