Job summary

Five Below in Charlotte is hiring a Store Supervisor who can oversee daily store operations, train associates on the BE S.T. customer service program, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences. You will help onboard new team members and drive store sales while controlling expenses.

You’ll collaborate with the store leadership team on merchandising, scheduling, and maintaining a safe, inviting environment for customers and coworkers, including opening and closing procedures and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interactions and trains crew on BE S.T. customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Owns opening/closing duties: cash handling, doors, alarms, and store readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, products, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and helps control costs by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery processes.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
