Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Store Operations Lead to manage processes within defined areas and drive major process improvements across stores. You will partner with the Operations Strategy Team and others to deliver initiatives that impact store performance.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong quantitative skills, and a track record in retail operations or process management. The role involves guiding a small team and interfacing with field teams to ensure execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• PMI certification preferred.
• 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate correct actions to the team and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations processes and drive projects.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project work plans.
• Address issues and roadblocks within their area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with field/stores and prepare high-level insights for recommendations.
