Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Mandeville, LA, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a candidate to deliver a positive customer experience and lead front-end operations. Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a safe store environment.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and priorities; monitor progress.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support shrink reduction initiatives and safety programs.
