Job summary

TJ Maxx is seeking a Store Lead to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates on the front end. You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and ensure a clean, organized store while upholding loyalty programs and company policies.

Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; strong communication and merchandising skills are essential, with prior retail leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Promotes loyalty programs and maintains high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store operations.
• Train, mentor and coach Associates; coordinate breaks and coverage.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and safety guidelines.
• Communicate priorities to management and staff; provide feedback and recognition.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and uphold labor laws and policies.
