Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking candidates for a front-end leadership role at TJ Maxx in LaPlace, LA. The position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, leading Associates, and maintaining store operations with a strong emphasis on loyalty programs and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and lead front-of-store operations.
• Assign registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; ensure adherence to labor laws.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and team; provide updates.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction and loss prevention efforts.
• Act as a role model for customer service and teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
