Job summary

Peoples Bank is seeking an Operations Specialist to elevate retail operations across the footprint. This role focuses on proactive problem solving, policy adherence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent service and reduce recurring issues.

You will work with Fraud and Compliance, maintain risk registers, and lead monthly meetings while training teams on new policies. Travel is required to support regional leaders and sustain a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years in related banking field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently across footprint.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure deliverables meet policy.
• Develop cross-functional strategies to mitigate risk.
• Maintain risk register and track remediation.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly Operations meetings.
• Guide regional leaders with clear policies and training.
