Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent branch banking work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related banking field.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational exceptions.
• Ability to work with limited supervisory guidance.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel).
• Travel requirement across footprint; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Will solve problems and make proactive decisions with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risk and monitor outcomes.
• Understand business processes, controls, and risk dynamics; educate affected staff.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance to identify risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with high-priority threats and mitigations.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly Operations Support Specialist meetings.
• Reduce escalations through clear policies, procedures, and training.
• Communicate remediation status and policy enhancements to regional leaders.
• Eliminate duplication and ensure regional consistency via cross-functional work.
• Execute special projects as assigned.
