You will collaborate with leaders, embed strong processes, and help reduce recurring issues through clear training and policy adherence.

Responsibilities include identifying operational challenges, partnering with Fraud and Compliance, maintaining a risk register, and coordinating routine meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in related banking field.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational issues.
• Willingness to travel across the footprint and operate with limited supervision.
