Job summary

Truist is seeking a mortgage sales/marketing professional to drive mortgage product adoption and client referrals. You will work within Truist policies and guidance to develop plans that meet production targets and deepen client relationships.

This role emphasizes knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory compliance, and cross-selling opportunities across bank services. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and regulations, including state/federal rules.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Consistently refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up.
