Truist seeks a Mortgage Marketing Specialist to drive sales of Truist Mortgage loan products and to refer clients for other bank services. You will work within policy guidelines and regulatory requirements to deliver sound mortgage advice based on client needs.

Responsibilities include executing mortgage marketing plans, maintaining policy knowledge, and facilitating referrals while supporting the loan fulfillment process. Strong communication and licensing compliance are essential.

Competenze

• 1+ year banking or lending experience.
• Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days and pass background checks.

• Develop mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Truist Mortgage policies and secondary market guidelines.
• Comply with all Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
