Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales & Marketing professional to drive the sale of Truist Mortgage loan products within bank policies and procedures, and to consistently refer mortgage clients for other bank services.

You will develop effective mortgage marketing plans, maintain thorough knowledge of policies and guidelines, provide sound advice, and coordinate referrals to deepen client relationships, while complying with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
• SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and procedures and job-related regulations.
• Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
• Consistently execute Truist's referral process by introducing clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
