Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in banking or lending environment.
• Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective mortgage marketing and development plans to meet or exceed mortgage production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies and Procedures and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and applicable state and federal laws.
• Provide mortgage clients sound mortgage advice based on client needs and products.
• Consistently execute on referral process by introducing mortgage clients to other bank solutions.
• Assist Mortgage Loan Fulfillment with document follow-up as needed.
