Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Sales Professional to market Truist Mortgage Loan products and refer clients to related bank services within established policies. You will work to meet production goals and support cross-sell opportunities.

You will develop mortgage marketing plans, advise clients on Truist products, and collaborate with teams to deepen client relationships, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking or lending with knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Execute mortgage marketing and development plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and investor guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and legal regulations.
• Provide mortgage advice based on client needs and Truist products.
• Execute referral process to deepen client opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up as needed.
