Job summary

Truist is seeking a Mortgage Marketing professional to drive sales of Truist Mortgage Loan products within bank policies and guidelines. You will refer clients to other bank services to deepen opportunities and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes effective client communication, knowledge of mortgage products, and collaboration with fulfillment teams to support closings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking/lending with basic knowledge of residential property types.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in common computer applications.
• Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and investor guidelines.
• Comply with Truist policies and applicable laws.
• Provide mortgage advice aligned with client needs and Truist products.
• Refer mortgage clients to other bank solutions to deepen opportunities.
• Assist with document follow-up during fulfillment and closing.
