Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide them through the shopping journey. You will build product knowledge, use digital tools, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Hourly base pay starts at $21.50 with $5 training pay, plus an annual incentive target. Benefits include stock grants, a stock purchase plan, 401(k), paid time off, and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
