Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a Mobile Associate to engage customers and deliver personalized device and service solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate network benefits, and support a seamless customer experience.

Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $20.50 plus $5 training pay; after training you may qualify for an annual incentive target of $18,000. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour and may receive stock grants; benefits

Qualifications

Requires High School Diploma or GED.
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in Retail.

Responsibilities

Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
Complete training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
