Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to support retail customers, learn our technology and service offerings, and guide shoppers through their mobile choices in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and digital tools usage, with on-the-job training, a base pay of $18.00 per hour plus $5.00 training pay, and eligible for annual performance incentives and stock grants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
